School Prospectus and forms will be issued from the office from November onwards upto the last date of issue as notified in the School Notice Board for Preparatory, Nursury and K.G. classes. For Middle School February School Prospectus and forms will be issued from the office from onwards upto the last date of issue as notified in the School Notice Board.
Documents to be submitted along with the form:

• 1) XEROX Copy of Birth Certificate (original to be produced at the time of admission for verification).
• 2) Two/Three copies of recent passport size photographs.
• 3) Transfer Certificate along with the marksheet of the last exam appeared (for students who have come from other schools).
• 4) Two copies of identity & address proof of parents (XEROX).
• 5) Two passport size photograph of parents.
• 6) Medical Report of the child.
• 7) Blood group certificate of the child.
• 8) Last school's progress report (XEROX copy)
